01. Executive (HR & Administration)

Job Description / Responsibility
  1. Manage day to day administrative function of Factory.
  2. Making documentation in proper manner.
  3. Daily Input and follow up in Payroll administration.
  4. Assist HOD in implementing TNA & arranging various training on & off the job.
  5. Responsible for Salary Administration including Attendance & Leave management.
  6. Ensure health & safety issues of workers & labors.
  7. Handling disciplinary procedure, complaints and Grievances.
  8. Arranging different employee engagement activities within and outside the premises.
  9. Prepare different reports and analysis as required by HOD.
  10. Handle the compliance and legal issues of the company.
  11. Monitor & Supervise Security, House Keeping & Vehicles Management.
  12. Any others responsibility assigned by the reporting boss/ Management.

Job Nature

Educational Requirements

  1. Masters/ MBA/LLM or BBA/LLB.
  2. MBA in HRM or Masters with PGDHRM/ PGDPM will be given preference.
  3. Law background candidates will get special preference.

Experience Requirements
  1. 3 to 8 year(s)
  2. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Factory HR Administration, General HR, Training & Development, HRIS/HR Database Management
  3. The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Power Equipment/Generator/CNG, Cement Industry, Chemical Industries, Group of Companies, Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting), Multinational Companies
Additional Job Requirements
  1. Age 25 to 35 year(s)
  2. Only males are allowed to apply.
  3. Must have good computer literacy (specially in MS-Word, Power point & MS-Excel).
  4. Bangla and English typing is must and will be seat for test.
  5. Quick learning ability and strong interpersonal skill.
  6. Good knowledge of Bangladesh update Labor related Laws and legal issues.
  7. Willingness to work under pressure and minimum supervision.
  8. Desire to learn new things with positive attitude.
  9. Ensure timely and accurate completion of reporting requirements.
  10. Experience on Factory HR & Administration will be an added advantage.
